In zeda.io, 3 default templates are available which can be edited to keep consistency in the research across the company
Most companies prefer to have different templates for different types of research. You can find the same philosophy in the zeda.io platform for templates.
The platform comes built-in with 3 templates for different purposes. Workspace users can update the templates.
- The templates can be edited from the Settings > Modules > Feedback > Product Research.
- Under Product Research, you can edit the Subject or Body of the template and click on Save.
If you want to reset the templates back to default, you can find that option under the email body as Reset to default
