If your user is not responding, you can send them a reminder mail directly from the platform.
If your user is not responding or has missed the email, you can now quickly remind the users to share their views on the email with a single option from the zeda.io platform.
After initiating the research,
- On the Feedback page, click on the View Research action
- Click on the No response filter, you will see the list of users who haven't responded
- In the list, across each user, you can see an option to Send reminder email* (only available once per user)
- It will open up reminder email page, which will be pre-loaded with an editable template**.
- Click on Send email
And done, you sent the email to remind the selected user :D
*If the user has already been reached out with a reminder email earlier, you will see the status as Reminder email sent
**Editable template will maintain the edited body across individual research. So if you edit it once, you don't need to edit it again for a new user in a research.
